  1. Well hello there, was thinking of you recently. Anxiety is huge for me. Have been “ practicing “ mindfulness “ ( very badly sometimes. I heard Depression is living past crap and anxiety is living future crap…just need to stay on the spot Great to see ya back S x

    1. Happy to be back! Well, not happy per se…lol but happy to be writing again, despite the reason behind it! YES – mindfullness is key! And they call it “practicing” because you do improve over time! And, it’s time for me to get back on that bandwagon too! Stay well! xo
